Sinopec is the main supplier of PP impact copolymers in China. The resin is created by introducing ethylene-propylene rubber inside a semi-crystalline PP homopolymer matrix. It has high heat deformation temperature(HDT), good scratching resistance, good impact resistance at low temperatures, good rigid-tough balance, and good fluidity. Products made from this resin are characterized by fast processing and excellent processability.
PP impact copolymer is widely used in the production of industrial products, such as dashboards, auto interior decorations, auto bumpers, interior and exterior parts of washing machines, accumulator containers, and tanks. It can also be used to make household articles, such as bottle caps, cookware, furniture, toys, toolkits, travel cases, bags, and various packaging containers.
